About the Role Summit Homes Group is seeking an experienced Structural Steel Erectors to join our residential construction team on a full-time basis. This role involves erecting structural steel frames for new home builds and residential developments, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard in line with Australian building requirements. Responsibilities Erecting, lifting, and positioning girders, plates, columns, and other structural steel components Aligning, levelling, and securing structural steel components accurately Installing bracing, temporary supports, safety nets, and scaffolding as required Operating lifting equipment and hand tools safely to handle structural steel Collaborating with site supervisors and team members to ensure projects meet timelines and quality standards Following workplace health and safety policies and maintaining a clean and safe work environment About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven experience as a Structural Steel Erector in residential or commercial construction Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and site instructions Experience using lifting equipment, rigging, and steel erection tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision in all work Ability to work independently and as part of a site-based team What We Offer Full-time, ongoing employment with a leading residential builder Stable and consistent work across a range of residential construction projects Supportive team environment with a strong focus on safety, quality, and professional development Opportunity to work on a variety of residential builds across WA #J-18808-Ljbffr
