Earthmoving Plant Operators (Heavy Rigid Truck)OverviewWe are seeking experienced Earthmoving Plant Operators to join our team at Bajara Plant Hire Pty Ltd to work on a large upcoming project in Dampier. You will operate select earthmoving machinery to support our major construction clients.These projects require skilled operators along with a great attitude. Proficient in Trimble GPS machine control systems with minimum 3 years'' hands-on experienceWhat you''ll be doingSafely operate and maintain top of the range heavy machineryCarry out pre-start checks and basic maintenance on assigned machineryCommunicate effectively with the site foreman and other construction workers to complete tasks efficientlyAdhere to all safety regulations and site proceduresAssist with loading and unloading of plant equipment as requiredWhat we''re looking forWilling to FIFO/DIDOWilling to undergo a pre-employment medicalProven experience as an earthmoving plant operator, preferably in a civil construction settingMinimum 3 years'' experience as an earthmoving plant operator, with at least 2 years in civil constructionFormal qualifications (RII Tickets) in operating relevant earthmoving equipment, such as an HR License, RII Excavator ticket, RII Loader ticket, RII Dozer and RII Articulated Dump Truck, RII Grader.Experience working with Tier One and Tier Two clients (highly regarded)Understanding of construction site safety procedures and a commitment to workplace health and safetyStrong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with others on siteReliability and a can-do attitude to get the job doneCurrent Construction White Card and valid Australian driver''s licenceMust have permanent Australian work rights or appropriate visa to work in QueenslandWhat we offerAt Bajara Plant Hire, we pride ourselves on providing a supportive and collaborative work environment.
