Its real expansion, with real timelines and real commercial outcomes attached to it. So were hiring a Chief Performance Officer who will be part of a dynamic team. Someone who genuinely comes alive when its time to execute the vision. Someone who doesnt just talk about growth but lives in it . If youre the type who wakes up thinking about market share, revenue levers, performance rhythms, how to make an organisation run sharper and a passion for finding the best people in the country, youre exactly who we want to meet. We are not necessarily seeking a sales leadership guru, however effectively working alongside our sales management team to execute our strategy is mission critical. You will be joined at the hip with the best real estate leaders in the country and need to live and breathe growth to make it happen. Wed love you to have previous multi location agency ownership/ management or have previously worked in a senior operational franchise management role. This role is for the person whose happy place is right at the intersection of commercial strategy , revenue performance , and operational excellence . You also love building systems that people actually use especially agents & property managers and you get a real kick out of seeing those systems translate into stronger & cleaner pipelines, improved margins, faster cycle times and a business that scales without losing its edge. You also know how to sit at the table and negotiate a win-win deal. You have a natural sense of urgency but appreciate the devil is in the detail. What youll actually be doing Strategic Growth & Market Expansion Cocreate and own the growth strategy with Michael Kollosche, Shane Smollen and the Chief Operating Officer (COO). Prioritise which suburbs and corridors to enter next , why, and on what timeline. Find more great agents (existing or future). Tune our models for margin and performance uplift. Read the numbers, interpret and act quickly. Build programs that move the needle not vanity projects. Operations that Scale (without slowing us down) Partner with Michael Kollosche, Shane Smollen, COO and leadership team, to design the multioffice operating model : processes, SLAs, dashboards, governance. Standardise the Kollosche way across our select locations, so quality & brand never slip. Make growth repeatable : playbooks for launches, agent onboarding, and the Kollosche way. Talent, Partnerships & M&A Attract top agents/teams who belong in our high performance ecosystem. Build winwin deals, handle sensitive negotiations, integrate teams smoothly. Assess acquisitions/partnerships with clear commercials and postdeal integration plans. Champion platforms that increase productivity and visibility across sales + operations. Targeted, relative and accurate reporting : one source of truth for decisions at speed. You will have more than a keen interest in AI , innovation and efficiencies. Leadership & Culture Be a calm, considered and credible operator . Keep growth aligned with our premium standards every touchpoint, every office. What great looks like after 1218 months New offices live and performing in priority SEQ markets. A repeatable playbook for market launches, talent landing, and integration. Dashboards that leaders, agents and property managers actually use to run the week. What youve done (so this all feels familiar) Senior leadership in real estate or another highperformance sales environment . Scaled multioffice operationsideally with luxury or premium positioning. Proven commercial acumen the numbers will always be a key foundation to your decisions. Led expansions, partnerships, or acquisitions (and integrated them without drama). Built systems/processes that stick because theyre practical, not theoretical. Earned credibility with top performers you speak sales, finance, and ops fluently. How you operate (the human part) Youre commercially wired : see the revenue path and the cost to get there. Operator at heart : you love turning strategy into actions, owners, and dashboards. Fast but considered : you move quickly but always take people on the journey. Low ego, high accountability : youre about outcomes and ownership, not credit. Clear communicator : you keep stakeholders aligned without the theatre.
