Litigation - Commercial Attorney in Perth, Western Australia Job Responsibilities: Provide legal services to a diverse range of clients, including local, national, and international companies, government agencies, insurers, and high net worth individuals. Engage directly with clients, counsel, experts, and opponents on various disputes. Handle a broad spectrum of litigious disputes, acting for both plaintiffs and defendants. Work on complex contractual and commercial disputes. Address statutory claims, including those under the Australian Consumer Law, the Corporations Act, and the ASIC Act. Manage professional negligence and directors and officers liability claims. Deal with large value property damage claims. Provide insurance coverage advice and manage indemnity disputes.
