Haveat least 2 years experience as a Supervisor gained in the logistics/manufacturing orsimilar industry Abilityto safely and effectively operate a forklift Abilityto read, Identify, and check off items on pick list / manifest andInventory. Communicateclearly, accurately and timely with internal departments haveexperience in operating hand and power tools bephysically fit likeworking as part of a team becommitted to safety and quality understandwritten and verbal instructions What youll be doing.. Responsiblefor moving, and monitoring all equipment and product in the yard Followthe load plan set out for each truck, as planned by the LogisticsCoordinator Usingdunnage and tyres to reduce potential damage during transportation. Ensureall strapping of tanks is carried out correctly and tanks are secure whenloaded. Liaisewith the Logistics Coordinator/Supervisor, regarding any concerns,additions to or removals from a trucks load. Ensureall driver operator rules are adhered to when operating the forklifttruck. Followwork instructions provided by Operations Manager Cooperatewith and support the compliance management system and encourage workplacecolleagues to do the same Developemployee awareness of product compliance obligations Activelyparticipate in corrective actions from concerns or internal audits.
