Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our clients incoming CEO. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a senior executive in a highprofile organisation, providing both professional and personal assistance during a key transition period. About the Role Reporting directly to the CEO, you will provide highlevel executive and personal assistant support, with a strong focus on communication, coordination and daytoday organisation. A key element of this role is supporting the CEO as he settles into Adelaide. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive executive and personal assistant support Manage diaries, meetings, travel arrangements and correspondence Act as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders Assist with onboarding, relocation support and daytoday coordination Support verbal and written communication in Japanese where required Ensure confidentiality, professionalism and discretion at all times About You Fluent in Japanese (verbal essential; written strongly preferred) Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Personal Assistant Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Confident communicator, culturally aware and adaptable Professional, discreet and comfortable supporting senior leadership Available to commence in January 2026 for a fulltime, 3month assignment Please note: this role does not require formal translation services; however, strong Japanese comprehension is essential to effectively support the CEO.
