A day in the life of a Gaming Manager: Know the regulars by name and make them feel right at home Work closely with the Publican to keep the room running smoothly, safely, and within all the rules Share your gaming knowhow and help your team be the best in the biz Bring the good vibes, great service, and friendly smiles every shift Inherent requirements: This is a handson role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently. About you: Youve been in the gaming room world for a while, as an attendant, supervisor, or manager Youve learned from great managers and are ready to step up Youve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the gaming room You understand compliance and safe gaming inside out Youve got a current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements If youre all about great service, happy players, and running a topnotch gaming room wed love to chat.
