Youll be: Helping clients find new employment after injury or illness Actively marketing clients skills to employers in the open labour market Liaising with insurers, treating professionals, and employers to achieve return to work outcomes Using your motivation and job matching skills to create real change Were looking for: Strong understanding of employment services and the labour market Experience motivating clients and achieving job placement outcomes Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Willingness to travel within Wodonga and Wangaratta regions, with periodic travel to Hawthorn head office for training and team days Experience in IEA, employment services, or similar is highly valued Bonus if youre: A registered Rehabilitation Counsellor (ASORC), Psychologist, or Osteopath (AHPRA registered Experienced in Occupational Rehabilitation, but were happy to train the right employment services professionals!
