Job Description An exciting opportunity is available to join Epworth Geelong at Waurn Ponds as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) within the Orthopaedic Scrub/Scout team. We are currently seeking a PartTime (30 hours) ANUM for a 12month fixed term, commencing approximately March. The role As an ANUM, you will be responsible for providing team leadership, guidance, and support to ensure effective management and ongoing development of our perioperative team. You will join a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, report to the Orthopaedic - Nurse Unit Manager and be part of our collaborative Clinical Leadership team. You will make an impact by Delivering exceptional patient experience and excellence in customer service. Rolemodeling culture of safety & quality improvement. Mentoring and supporting nurses in developing their clinical and leadership capabilities. Collaborating with senior leadership to drive innovation and optimise surgical workflows. Assisting in daily activity management of the Orthopaedic Scrub Scout team. Playing a key role in maintaining accreditation, clinical governance, and quality improvement initiatives. To be successful in the role you will have Demonstrated leadership skills or experience in a senior perioperative nursing role. Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic team environment. Passion for leading through, developing and guiding others. Extensive orthopaedic scrub / scout experience. Flexibility and excellent organisational and communication skills. Commitment to learning and developing current clinical practice. Welldeveloped understanding of relevant professional standards. Salary Range The annual salary range for full time ANUM AUD $115,678 $119,579 + super + entitlements, depending on registration type, year level and position (prorated for parttime).
