About the role Civilivic Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Bundaberg, Queensland. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will use your exceptional project management skills to ensure the successful delivery of complex infrastructure developments. You will join an energetic and professional team where you are rewarded for your contribution to the company through a highly lucrative bonus structure. In the position you will have a direct impact on the future of the business with a direct line of communication to the Directors and General Manager. The ideal candidate is someone who has ambitions to build a team and take ownership of a region. What you''ll be doing Develop and implement detailed project plans, tracking progress and identifying and mitigating risks Manage project budgets, procurement, and resource allocation to keep projects on time and on budget Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination Monitor and report on project performance, providing regular updates to senior management Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and quality of project delivery Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements Build and grow your team and region for future success. What we''re looking for Significant experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in the construction industry, ideally in the subdivision space Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams Proficient in project management software, such as Microsoft Project Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality standards What we offer At Civilivic, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
