Full Time Role with Market leading Water Tank Manufacturer We are seeking a Service Technician to join our friendly team in regional NSW such as Bathurst, Albury other regional applications would be considered The Role We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join ourfriendly, professional and highly driven Rural team to focus on the repairs andservicing of steel rainwater tanks, pumps and equipment. Your main responsibilities will be: Faultfind rainwater harvesting system issues Provideinformation and training on fault finding and resolution of tank issues toOperations team Reviewassigned jobs for the next day, and ensure all equipment required isavailable Performquality inspections of completed products VerifyService partners relevant qualifications/licenses prior to completingwork, whether they are working on a relief or permanent basis Maintaincleanliness of vehicle and ensure any issues with equipment is reported tomanagement Workin the factory in cases of inclement weather or insufficient field work Maintainingcommunication, and reporting on job status and repair issues with the team Performduties in accordance with relevant SWMS, Policies and Procedures and OHSlegislation Cooperatewith and support the compliance management system and encourage workplacecolleagues to do the same Developemployee awareness of product compliance obligations Activelyparticipate in corrective actions from concerns or internal audits. About You: Able to work in remote locations as role wouldinclude prolonged days away from home Hold or be willing to successfully acquire acurrent First Aid Certificate, Construction Induction Card White Card plusConfined Space accreditation Excellent written and verbal communicationskills Ability to communicate effectively withcustomers including explaining difficult service and warranty issues Experience in manual handling and be physicallyfit Effectively able to manage resources, includingeffectively planning, prioritising and managing time and travel Understand and operate hand and power tools andequipment Ability to do online reporting forms About Us Kingspan Water & Energy PtyLimited is a market leader in water storage, rainwater harvesting andwastewater treatment solutions.
