South Australian Housing Trust Job reference: 835504Location: 5000 - ADELAIDEJob status: OngoingEligibility: SA Public Sector Employees only The Manager, Budgets and Performance is accountable to the Manager, Corporate Financial Management for managing the Trusts internal and external budget management processes; and managing the provision of professional financial management services to support the delivery of the Trusts capital and maintenance programs. The position will lead a small team to provide expert financial management support to ensure these outcomes are achieved while meeting all budgetary and accounting requirements and standards. It will also work collaboratively with a range of staff, managers and Executives across the organisation, as well as Finance Business Partners, to develop, monitor and achieve budget strategies for the Trust. Special Conditions Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed. Requirements Essential: An appropriate degree in accounting, finance or economics majoring in accounting. Desirable: Professional qualifications in accounting (such as CPA or CA), or substantial completion of studies towards such qualifications.
