Coach and Bus Operations Manager (Ops & Driving) | Help us Double our Fleet! Club 55 and Perth Bus & Coach Hire is on the move. We currently operate 7 vehicles across Perth, but we have ambitious plans to reach 15 vehicles within the next 24 months. To get there, we need a General Manager who isn''t afraid to lead from the frontliterally. This is a "hybrid" leadership role. Youll spend 23 days in the office handling logistics and team building, and 23 days on the road behind the wheel, ensuring our high standards are met and staying connected to the heart of our business. What Youll Be Doing Team Building: Your #1 priority is recruiting and mentoring a reliable, professional crew of drivers. Operations: Manage scheduling, route planning, and fleet maintenance via our eCoachmanager platform. You will also have the support of a full-time admin person in the office as well as ops and sales staff on our 24/7 operation centre. Driving: Stepping into the drivers seat for charters and tours when needed. Growth: Partnering with the leadership team to identify new business opportunities and local partnerships. Safety & Compliance: Ensuring every vehicle and driver meets strict safety and licensing standards. What Were Looking For Experience: Previous experience in transport, logistics, or fleet management. Licensing: Must hold (or be willing to obtain) the appropriate PSV vehicle licenses. The "Growth" Mindset: We are scaling fast; we need someone who solves problems before they happen.
