In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating catering services at the Royal Perth Hospital (RPH) ensuring patient, retail and special function food is provided under the safe food handling guidelines. At the RPH, dietary food requirements are provided by: providing patient''s meals, liaising with the hospital dietician on hospital menus, maintaining staff rosters and food budgets, and coordinating training in safe food handling for catering staff.
