About the opportunity Based at Menora Gardens Retirement Living Part Time Permanent, 45.6 hours per fortnight Flexible shifts: 7am - 3:06pm or 8am - 4:06pm Reporting to the Maintenance Team Leader, this role will ensure the condition and appearance of our Residential Aged Care Homes are of the highest standard to provide a pleasant and safe environment for residents, staff and visitors. Key Responsibilities Maintain and enhance gardens, lawns, and outdoor areas to a high standard. Perform planting, pruning, weeding, mowing, and general landscaping tasks. Ensure all outdoor spaces are clean, safe, and visually appealing. Conduct routine inspections to identify and address gardening needs. Operate and maintain gardening equipment safely and effectively. Collaborate with the facility team to create outdoor spaces that support resident well-being. Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
