This role can involve supervising students during activities and is a pivotal role in supporting students and families in the boarding house.This is a casual role operating primarily during school terms and fringe days. The role typically includes evening and weekend work, with regular shifts on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday evenings, and Saturdays and Sundays. Some flexibility is required to support boarder arrivals, departures, and long weekends. As part of the Boarding House team, you will work closely with boarding staff and students, contributing to a supportive and well-organised boarding environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely transport authorised students and staff along approved routes and drop-off pointsOperate PLC buses in accordance with WA road laws and regulationsMaintain appropriate student behaviour and supervisionUndertake first aid treatment where requiredAssist with cleaning and presentation of buses after useConduct pre-use checks and report defects or maintenance needsMaintain accurate journey and maintenance recordsReport safety concerns, incidents, or student behaviour matters to Boarding leadershipLiaise with Boarding staff regarding schedules and transport needsContribute positively to the Boarding House team and broader College communityAbout YouYou are calm, responsible and safety-focused, with a professional and friendly manner.
