What You Can Expect Above award salary with performance bonuses A leadership role within a luxury colour studio A supportive and positive team culture Opportunity to work closely with the business owner to grow the salon A beautiful workplace with an established and growing clientele Clear goals and KPIs that reward success What Youll Be Responsible For Leading and supporting the salon team to deliver exceptional client experiences Ensuring the salon runs smoothly day to day including rostering, bookings and operations Driving key salon performance metrics including average client spend, rebooking and weekly revenue Supporting team development through coaching, mentoring and maintaining training standards Maintaining a positive team culture and strong communication across the salon Ensuring the salon presentation reflects a premium, luxury environment Supporting marketing initiatives including social media engagement and promotions Working on the floor with clients while leading the team by example What Were Looking For An experienced senior hairdresser with salon leadership experience and strong industry knowledge Someone who naturally leads with positivity, professionalism and energy A passion for delivering a luxury client experience Strong organisational and leadership skills Confidence managing team performance and salon KPIs A genuine desire to build a positive and motivated team environment Remuneration Base salary of $85,000 plus super Performance based bonuses with earning potential up to $100,000 Opportunities for career growth as the salon continues to expand The Most Important Thing Culture matters here.
