Our local teams of healthy living professionals help people to make positive changes in their lives with tailored support and passionate follow through.We are excited to offer an opportunity for an Exercise Physiologist to join our multidisciplinary allied health and aged care team on a Full-time maximum term basis, covering maternity leave.We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to create innovative, sustainable and practical evidence-based treatment, rehabilitation or general exercise interventions in a varied and interesting caseload. With individual and group clients, you''ll be working across programs including chronic disease management, NDIS, Aged Care Commonwealth Home Support Program, fee-for-service, persistent pain program, and special projects. This involves travel across the Perth metropolitan area including meeting clients in clinic appointments, home visits, community facilities or in the great outdoors. Occasional day or overnight regional travel may also be required, to support our regional teams in Geraldton and Kalgoorlie.What we are looking forRelevant tertiary qualification and membership of ESSA.Good knowledge of and ability to provide education on chronic disease management and prevention.Experience delivering exercise physiology services in the community, aged care and/or disability sector.Ability to develop high quality care plans and case notes, and contribute to written reports in a concise, professional, appropriate way.Diligent, can-do attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.Working with children check, NDIS worker check and a national police certificate dated within 6 months.What is on offer?Hourly rate starting at $44.51 per hour (annual full time equivalent $87,951)Salary packaging for tax free income of $18,550 per yearIncremental salary increasesExtra leave for the things that matter - Birthday leave (after we''ve shared cake with you, of course!), Wellness leave and Blood Donor leaveJourney Insurance cover for your daily commuteContactPlease contact Helen Griffiths, Manager Allied Health and Aged Care Services with any questions on 0434 612 ***.How to apply - Click Apply to submit your resume and cover letter.
