Reporting to the Lead Treasury and Sales, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and supporting all finance activities within the treasury and sales functions. This position involves contributing to treasury transactions, such as loan administration, foreign exchange, and investment transactions. Additionally, the role includes managing sales transactions, which encompass invoice to cash collection processes, month-end procedures, reconciliations, and reporting.ResponsibilitiesEnsure accurate recording of Treasury and Sales transactions in SAP according to IFRS standards and timely month-end closuresMaintain accuracy in month-end accruals, revenue, FX revaluations, and other financial summariesObtain necessary approvals for bank transfers and Treasury transactions, including investments and foreign exchangesReview daily bank reconciliations for AUD, USD, and CNY accountsCollaborate with the Marketing, Finance teams, and HPPL Treasury to ensure smooth information flow for Treasury and Sales transactionsOversee invoicing to cash collection processes, ensure compliance with credit policies, and assist with Treasury and Sales analytics and ad hoc requestsSkills and experienceUniversity degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or Commerce with CA/ CPA qualificationsKnowledge of current Australian statutory and regulatory requirements including IFRS and taxAbility to interpret and apply accounting standards in practiceWorking knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systemHigh level of attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teamsNote: Do not include any banking or personal information in applications, and report suspicious activity as appropriate. #J-18808-Ljbffr
