In this role, youll ensure every shift is covered, every participant receives the right support at the right time, and all services align with NDIS plans and quality standards. Based in Mirrabooka, this full-time position suits a proactive professional who can work independently while thriving in a collaborative team.What youll be doingCreate and manage rosters for SIL, community, and in-home services using Shiftcare ensuring alignment with client plans, staff availability, and compliance requirementsConnect support workers and participants to ensure the right fit in skills, experience, and preferencesManage rosters around planned and unplanned leave - after-hours on-call support as required, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted serviceEnsure compliance with SCHADS Award requirements and NDIS service delivery standardsProactively identify and escalate risks related to staffing, overtime, and service gaps, while prioritising tasks and anticipating operational needsMaintain Registers e.g. Asset Register etcProvide general office support including document preparation, filing, scheduling, ordering of office supplies, and responding to customer queriesAssist and support recruitment processes as neededTeam Leadership: Mentor House team leaders in roster planning and lead rostering meetings, fostering a culture of accuracy, responsiveness, and continuous improvementStakeholder Engagement: Liaise with HR, Finance, Compliance, and Service Delivery teams to support workforce planning, service standards, and operational transparencyAbout youStrong experience in rostering & scheduling within NDIS, aged care, or community servicesExcellent attention to detail, organisational and time management skillsMust have a strong understanding of the SCHADS Award and the ability to apply it effectivelyBe able to monitor and verify that all rostered staff meet compliance standardsBe able ensure schedules of support are accurately set up in the rostering system according to correct fundingProficient in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Word, Excel), fast typing skills, and experienced in rostering platforms like ShiftCareExcellent communication skillsNDIS Worker Screening Check is desirableWhats in it for youFull time Monday Friday (no weekend work)Competitive pay of $82k - $85k + SuperA real opportunity for career growthBe apart of a welcoming and supportive teamIf this role sounds like the right fit for you, please click Apply now.Alternatively, please contact Rad at 08 9215 38***or ***@choiceone.com.auBe careful - Dont provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
