We are currently looking for an Administration Assistant/Mobilisation to join the team and be part of our growth journey! Reporting to the National Administration Manager, this full time position is based in our WA Osborne Park branch. The successful candidate will be pro-active by scheduling our services with advance notice, paying high attention to detail. This role deals directly with business clients (OEMs, Construction, Mining) as you will be booking in technicians for installation and service work on their sites across Western Australia. This position requires the incumbent to effectively multi-task, and work independently and in a team environment with our administration team across the country. The ability to deal with different people at all levels, whilst building rapport, and possessing outstanding interpersonal skills is vital to this role. What you will be doing Liaising with clients and managing the mobilisation of staff Job scheduling, arranging accommodation and travel bookings of technicians to sites Arranging relevant documentation for Service Technicians for scheduling jobs Vehicle service bookings Support to the sales team General office duties including ordering of office supplies, document control, mail processing, general maintenance and tidying, postal runs etc. Skills & Experience to be considered Experience working with construction and mine sites highly desirable Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building capabilities Friendly, happy disposition, positive outlook and a willingness to help others Strong attention to detail essential Exceptional customer service, phone manner, and a can-do attitude Highly organised with the ability to prioritise work, multi-task effectively and have good time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Office and aptitude to learn ERP system On offer Permanent full-time position Monday to Friday 40 hours per week 08:00am to 4:30pm Annual potential company bonus on offer.
