In this role, you will provide evidence-based insights to guide strategic decisions, translate these into clear plans and projects, support effective program and project management, and monitor corporate performance to ensure outcomes are achieved.The Strategy, Planning and Performance Directorate sits at the core of our organisations long-term vision. This team leads strategic planning, drives performance measurement, and ensures initiatives align with departmental priorities. Through data-driven insights, tracking key outcomes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, the Directorate maximises organisational impact. Their work ensures policies, programs, and services are guided by a clear strategy and deliver meaningful results for the communities we serve.The Executive Manager Strategy and Performance is responsible for leading the Departments Strategic Plan, maintaining awareness of future changes that may impact success, and coordinating Executive strategy sessions. This role prepares materials and papers for Executive decision-making, manages strategic projects, conducts options assessments, and develops business cases. It has a strong focus on data analysis, evidence-based decision-making, and performance analysis. It is also responsible for producing the Departments Annual Report.The Executive Manager Programs and Projects oversees the Departments business planning process and the Program Management Framework and Office. This role works collaboratively with Divisions, Offices, and their Program and Project Managers to implement strategic programs and projects.
