The Role Are you organised, proactive and passionate about supporting people? Were seeking a Part-Time People & Culture Administration Officer to provide administrative support to our People & Culture team, while assisting with recruitment and onboarding activities across the organisation. This is a varied role where you will help ensure our people processes run smoothly, employee records are accurate, and new starters are welcomed into the organisation with a positive experience. Working closely with the People & Culture Lead, you will support recruitment coordination, maintain HR systems and documentation, and assist with the administration of employee lifecycle processes. You Will Provide administrative support to the People & Culture team across a range of HR activities Assist with recruitment coordination including job advertisements, interview scheduling and candidate communication Support onboarding processes to ensure new employees have a smooth and positive start Maintain accurate employee records and documentation within HR systems Work collaboratively with colleagues, helping whenever necessary, and perform other relevant duties to support the team. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. About you Are you organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks? Do you have strong administrative and communication skills? Do you have excellent written and verbal communication skills? Are you confident using Microsoft Office including Excel and Word?
