We are committed to safety, sustainability, and innovation, ensuring that we deliver top-quality service to our customers while fostering a dynamic and supportive workplace for our employees.Key Responsibilities:Safely rig and move loads of various sizes and weights using appropriate rigging techniques and equipment.Conduct pre-operational checks and inspections of rigging gear and equipment.Collaborate with crane operators and other team members to ensure safe and efficient lifting operations.Interpret and follow lifting plans, load charts, and other relevant documentation.Adhere to all safety regulations, procedures, and standards set by industry guidelines.Maintain rigging equipment in good working condition and report any defects or issues.Participate in safety meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.Perform other related duties as required.Qualifications and Experience:Valid Basic /Intermediate/Advanced Rigging levels&/ or CN/C1/CO certification.Proven experience as a Rigger/Operator, preferably in a Mining or heavy manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of rigging techniques, equipment, and safety practices.Ability to read and interpret load charts, lifting plans, and other technical documents.Good communication and teamwork skills.Strong commitment to workplace safety.Physically fit and able to work in various environmental conditions.Ability to pass random D & A testingHR License essential MC license held in high regardCompetitive Hourly rate.Company accommodation provided in company house with own room.Opportunities for professional development and career progression.A supportive and collaborative team environment.Commitment to safety and well-being of all employees.Job Type: Casual Full-time positions availableLocal and FIFO shift optionsPay: $42.00 $62.50 per hour depending on ticket level and experienceSchedule:8 - 12 hour shiftsMonday to SundayRostered Days offExperience:Operator: preferredLicence/Certification:HRWL, EWP ticket, White Card, WAH Card, Forklift, HR LicenceWork Authorisation:Australia (Required)Location:Port Hedland - Local candidates encouraged to applyBe careful - Dont provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
