The role contributes to and supports efficient daily operations. You will be working as a part of a friendly and ambitious team, have a high level of attention to detail and possess a positive can-do attitude. Previous experience in healthcare or aged care environments would be an advantage.Support and training offered to the right candidate.Duties & ResponsibilitiesProactively source, screen, onboard and mobilise suitable candidatesThinking outside the box for candidate attractionAdvertise vacancies on Seek, Indeed, social media and other platformsConduct interviews, reference checks and document verificationArrange candidates'' induction and training to meet clients'' requirementsUpdate and maintain recruitment databaseNurture welcoming and positive relationships with all stakeholdersAny other tasks that maybe assigned within the scope of practice by the Supervisor/ManagerSalary packaging with MAXXIATraining and development opportunitiesStaff eventsSkills and experiencePrevious experience in a similar roleDeveloped abilities and experience using sourcing platforms and social media.High level of attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Team player with proactive and hard-working attitude.Ability to problem solve and make recommendations on improving processes or procedures.Previous experience in healthcare or aged care environments would be an advantage.Be careful - Dont provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
