Overview DMARGE is looking for a Senior Sales & Partnerships Manager ready for their next challenge. This is a senior commercial role for someone who wants real ownership. You will drive revenue growth, build meaningful partnerships and help shape the next phase of DMARGEs commercial business. DMARGE reaches 30+ million people globally each month, including 7 million Australians, across social, editorial, video and newsletters. The Role Your job is simple in theory and challenging in practice: Bring the briefs in. You will work closely with the Founder and Creative Director to bring both RFP responses and proactive commercial ideas to life. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and commercial thinking. You will be responsible for developing long-term partnerships with brands and agencies while building a strong pipeline of new opportunities. You will also step into a very active patch of existing clients and long-term brand partners, with responsibility for growing those relationships while expanding DMARGEs footprint across key verticals, including automotive, travel, entertainment and lifestyle. Building strong relationships with brand marketers, agencies and PR teams Negotiating with agencies to establish campaigns and long-term partnerships Maintaining a consistent pipeline and strong meeting cadence Representing DMARGE at industry events, brand launches and client meetings Leveraging DMARGEs proprietary storytelling platforms including RAD RIDES (automotive) and Excess Baggage (travel) to create differentiated brand campaigns Targets & Expectations Quarterly targets are achievable, but this role requires consistency and strong fundamentals. Success comes from maintaining a healthy pipeline, a strong meeting run rate and a proactive sales approach from every conversation and meeting.
