OverviewThe Project Manager is responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating civil construction infrastructure projects from start to completion. They develop project plans and budgets, manage project progress, coordinate procurement of materials and equipment, ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, and build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and contractors.ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor teams to achieve project successDevelop project plans and budgets that align with project goalsSelect subcontractors and establish project teams with other construction professionalsManage project progress, timelines, and budgetsCoordinate procurement of materials and equipmentEnsure compliance with industry standards, regulations and permitsReview and approve construction project designs and plansEnsure construction work is carried out within budget, timelines, and quality standardsBuild and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and contractorsEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and provide regular training to workersManage and lead project teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to all staff involved in the projectQualificationsBachelor''s degree in civil engineering, construction management or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management in civil infrastructure (urban development, roads, bridges, drainage, water/sewer, bulk earthworks, etc.)Proven project management experience with Tier 1 clients and TMR projectsStrong leadership and communication skillsKnowledge of building codes and regulationsAbility to manage budgets and timelinesProficiency in project management software and toolsAbility to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and contractorsCome Build Your Future with Us!
