Levande has 11 villages across South Australia, and this role plays a key part in ensuring our communities are well-managed, welcoming and operating at the highest standard.This is an exciting opportunity for a capable leader who enjoys working closely with residents, leading teams and ensuring villages operate safely, efficiently and sustainably.The RoleReporting to the State Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, operational performance and financial sustainability of your village community.You will:Lead the day-to-day operations of the village, ensuring high standards of service, safety and presentationDevelop and deliver the Village Improvement Plan, driving continuous improvement across operations and resident satisfactionBuild strong, professional relationships with residents, Resident Committees, families and local stakeholdersOversee maintenance, asset management and timely apartment turns in partnership with support teamsManage budgets, monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve operational targetsEnsure compliance with WHS, risk management and Retirement Living legislative requirementsLead, coach and develop your team, fostering a positive, engaged and high-performing cultureAbout YouYou are a confident and empathetic leader who can balance resident wellbeing with operational performance.You will bring:Experience in retirement living, property or asset management, facilities, hospitality or a related service industryProven team leadership experience, including coaching, performance management and team developmentStrong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and operational KPIsDemonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and resolve issues professionallyKnowledge of relevant legislation (such as the Retirement Villages Act or similar regulatory frameworks) is desirableStrong communication skills and confidence using systems and reporting toolsWhy Levande?At Levande, we create communities that are vibrant, connected and full of life.
