We are seeking a proactive and experienced HSEQ & Training Advisor to support our underground operations and drive continuous improvement across Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality functions.About the roleVariable RostersFIFO from PerthFull-Time PermanentEnsure effective implementation and adherence to the HSEQ Management PlanProvide Expert mentoring and guidance on the HSEQ Management SystemsAssist with accident and incident investigations as neededOversee site correction action and hazard reporting processes.About youCert IV Work Health and Safety (Minimum) Diploma or above (desirable)Cert IV in Training and Assessing (TAE40122 or equivalent desirable)Underground Mining experience (desirable) in an advisory or supervisory position.ICAM Lead investigator (preferred).Understanding of ISO45001, ISO14001 and ISO9001 systems.Proficient with HSEQ reporting platforms (e.g. INC InControl, SAI 360 or similar).Experience with learning management systems (e.g. INX, Cloud Assess).Basic Computing skillsCurrent Australian Drivers License (Manual) and ability to pass site medical and pre-employment checks.Previous HSEQ Advising/Coordinating experience (required)Employee benefitsOngoing career development opportunities - Challenge.
