This role offers a dynamic mix of strategic account leadership, new business development, and team collaboration.You will be responsible for:Lead and manage a portfolio of key clients, providing strategic campaign insights, performance updates, and optimisation recommendationsSupport the Sales Manager with day-to-day sales leadership, mentoring, and operational oversightDrive new business opportunities alongside maintaining and growing existing client relationshipsAttend and lead sales meetings in person or virtually, as requiredCoordinate integrated sales campaigns across digital and print platformsCollaborate closely with the Marketing team to deliver high-impact solutionsDeliver exceptional customer service across all touchpoints through strong communication and relationship-building skillsWhat Youll BringA strong desire to build a long-term career in media sales leadershipProven experience in digital and print media sales5+ years sales experience, with demonstrated account management expertiseLeadership capability, with the confidence to act as a trusted deputy to the Sales ManagerExceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsA valid drivers licence and reliable vehicleWhy Youll Love Working HereBecause at ACM, your career should grow with your lifestyle not against it.
