Youll ensure the seamless continuation of:Accommodation operationsHospitality and catering servicesVillage facilities and amenitiesStaff leadership and client relationshipsYoull report to the Operations Manager and act as the key onsite leader for safety, service excellence, and operational performance.Key responsibilitiesMaintain a professional and servicefocused hospitality culture with emphasis on room maximisation and quality food serviceKeep adequate stock levelsCoordinate and manage an approved roster structurePromote a safety culture for both staff and clientsEnsure high standards of hospitality and facility service qualityProvide topnotch accommodation managementBuild and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and performanceOffer smooth reservation servicesUnderstand client contracts and obligationsComply with Sirrom''s reporting requirements and policiesParticipate in site audits and ensure compliance with Sirrom Policies & ProceduresHandle special projects and tasks as assigned by the Operations ManagerManage property key performance criteria effectivelyOversee housekeeping managementOversee grounds and environmental managementOversee administrative managementReport on budgetary performance and provide projectionsDevelop and manage supply contractsReport key KPIs as requestedThis role suits someone who enjoys variety, can adapt quickly and is confident to keep village operations running smoothly.To be successful in this role, you will haveRelevant tertiary qualifications in a business discipline or hospitality discipline and/or extensive and demonstrated successful management experience is desirablePrevious experience in a senior management position, preferably in the hospitality industry or Facilities ManagementSound working knowledge of the Workplace Health and Safety Act 1995 and associated regulationsHighly developed human resource management skillsHighly developed business management skillsHighly developed written and verbal communication skillsHighly developed interpersonal skillsDeveloped time management and organisational skillsSound financial analysis skillsSound planning and problem-solving skillsDeveloped negotiation skillsHighly developed community relations skillsWorking knowledge of the use of Accommodation Management SystemsEnvironmentally sensitiveDesirable / Highly RegardedRelevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Hospitality, Facilities, Leadership or ManagementCertificate III in Commercial CookeryDiploma of Leadership & ManagementWhite CardForklift LicencePrevious remote site inductionsTo be considered, you will need to have (or be willing to obtain)National Police CheckPreemployment medical + drug & alcohol screeningApproved Managers LicenceFood Safety Supervisor CertificateApproved ManagersHigh Risk - LF classSIRROM, for over fifty years, is a trusted provider of hospitality, life support and facilities management services across Australia.
