We have a produce driven kitchen, offering seasonal plates, inspired from the Indian subcontinent. We are seeking an exceptional Venue Manager to join their team in our vibrant Northbridge location that operates under a tavern license. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our renowned venue, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth.What you''ll be doingManage all aspects of venue operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and financial reportingDevelop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience, maximise revenue, and improve operational efficiencyLead and motivate a talented team of hospitality professionals, providing coaching and training to ensure exceptional service deliveryFoster positive relationships with suppliers, partners, and the local community to drive business developmentEnsure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulationsContinuously monitor market trends and industry best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvementWhat we''re looking forExtensive experience (3+ years) in a venue management or hospitality leadership role, preferably within a high-volume, fast-paced environmentExceptional people management and leadership skills, with the ability to build and motivate a teamStrong financial acumen and the ability to interpret data to drive business decisionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholdersA passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiencesExperience in adding to and maintaining an award winning wine and extensive beverage list along with the ability to make classic cocktailsWhat we offerAt Sauma'', we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
