The events provide an enjoyable and memorable event experience that showcases Queensland whilst maintaining world class event management standards.About the RoleReporting directly to the CEO, the Senior People & Culture Manager is responsible for driving the people and culture strategy for EMQ. You will lead the development and implementation of initiatives that strengthen organisational culture, enhance leadership capability, and ensure the workforce is equipped to support EMQs long-term growth.This role combines strategic influence with hands on leadership.
