This is a wonderful long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong connections with children and becoming part of a family''s routine for years to come.Days & HoursThursday: 3:00 pm 6:00 pmFriday: 3:00 pm 6:00 pmSaturday: 4:00 pm 10:00 pm (alternate Saturdays)Ideal NannyThe family is seeking someone who is:Warm, patient and kindActive and genuinely enjoys engaging with childrenReliable and organisedInterested in growing with the family over several yearsResponsibilitiesCollecting the child from preschoolPreparing and offering snacks (cut fruit, simple food prep)Engaging the child in fun, age-appropriate activities such as:Park visitsSwimmingArts and craftsReading and imaginative playProviding calm, attentive care during evening routines on Saturday nightsLight household tasks related to the child, including:Tidying kitchen and play areas after useAssisting with the child''s laundry occasionallySmall errands when needed (e.g. grabbing milk)Requirements3 + years working in childcare or as a nannyChildcare qualifications (Preferred)Working with Children''s CheckCurrent First Aid and CPRExperience caring for children of a similar ageComfortable committing to a long-term roleSwimming ability preferred (The child loves swimming)Full Drivers licence and clean driving record (Own car is preferred) No driving required initially, but swimming lessons and other activities may move to weekday afternoons in the futureNon SmokerAbout the FamilyBoth parents are working professionals and value quality time together as a family.
