Our Engineering division designs and constructs manufacturing facilities, refurbishes existing facilities, and designs and constructs automation plants for manufacturing plants and warehouses.We are currently seeking qualified and experienced site Fitters to join our Installation Teams based at Somersby on the NSW Central Coast. This position would suit someone who would like to work in a large business where their effort is acknowledged and they feel part of a team. While working within the Installation team, you will be responsible for project work, site installation, and commissioning new equipment and machinery in the automation and construction fields.To be considered for this position, you will:Be a qualified and experienced tradesmanHave the ability to read and understand Engineering DrawingsHave previous fabrication experienceHave excellent written and verbal communication skillsBe experienced in machine troubleshooting/problem solving & fault findingPossess a can-do attitude and ability to perform under pressureHave the ability to work unsupervised or as part of a teamBe available to travel when required to other locations either on a daily basis or LAHAHave the ability to work overtime when requiredAn advantage for this position would be:Holding EWP and Working at Heights certificationHolding a license to perform dogging or riggingHolding a CN or C6 crane ticketTo be successful in this role, you must be self-motivated and willing to put in the work needed to complete jobs in a timely manner.
