From disability and aged care support to communityfocused initiatives, we''re here to help people live their best lives.What you''ll do:Coordinate nationally recognised qualifications and skill sets, from enrolment through to completionOrganise trainers, venues, resources and everything needed for smooth deliveryBuild strong communication and relationships with students, trainers, schools and partnersKeep compliance on track and contribute to continuous improvementAssist in identifying opportunities to grow our training presence across WAWhat you''ll bring:A positive attitude, peoplefirst approach, and strong communication and interpersonal skillsHighlevel problemsolving, organisation and timemanagement skillsAbility to thrive in a busy, varied role while managing multiple prioritiesStrong administration skills and confidence with computer systemsKnowledge or experience within an RTO environmentExperience coordinating nationally recognised training or other adult educationUnderstanding of units of competency, accredited training/assessment, and regulatory frameworksTAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)(You''ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate but don''t worry, we''ll help guide you through this.)Why you''ll love working at genUAt genU, our differences make us stronger.
