The Communities for Children initiative is a federally funded, whole of community response aimed at enhancing the wellbeing of children aged 0-12 years in the Deception Bay community.Managing the contract and driving community consultationWork collaboratively with stakeholders to identify strategies and codesign service modelsLead the team in the delivery of community development activities and project work that builds capacity and drives the development of an integrated and skilled local service systemDevelop and monitor Community Partner contracts and event specific service agreementsMonitor and assess the performance and effectiveness of services provided by Community Partners and other CfC funded stakeholdersActively participate in and contribute to strategic planning, tender processes and support of the CfC Deception Bay Committee and the CfC Deception Bay Child and Family AllianceProgram administration, reporting, compliance and continuous improvementCultivate positive relationships with key stakeholders and maintain regular consultative and collaborative processes with CfC Priority GroupsAttend and facilitate community information sessions, local reference groups and other forums and network activitiesThis is a maximum term position funded until 30 June 2026.
