This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 38 hours per week based in Brisbane CBD.About the RoleReporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will be responsible for:Delivering accurate and timely accounts payable services across multiple companies.Matching purchase orders to invoices, obtaining approvals, and processing EFT payments.Investigating and resolving creditor queries before escalation.Lodging claims to government for participant expenses.High volume data entry and data managementSupporting month-end processes and maintaining accurate records across systems.What You Will BringProven experience in accounts payable or financial administration.High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Effective communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Familiarity with government claims processes and financial systems is a plus.At Sarina Russo Job Access we are committed to an inclusive workplace that embraces and promotes diversity.
