Healthy Working Lives Research Group - Academic and Professional OpportunitiesWe are seeking highly motivated and skilled research and professional staff to join a prestigious Australian Research Council (ARC) Laureate Fellowship program led by Professor Alex Collie in the School of Public Health and Preventive Medicine.This program focuses on modernising Australia''s work disability support systems by developing evidence-based tools and policy models that assess system effectiveness, understand long-term work absences, and reflect community preferences.The OpportunitiesResearch Fellow - Workplace Sickness Absence (686418) Level B $118,974 $141,283 pa (plus 17% super)Research Fellow - Participant Experience Measures (687461) Level B $118,974 $141,283 pa (plus 17% super)Research Fellow - Social Policy Reform (686419) Level B $118,974 $141,283 pa (plus 17% super)Senior Program Coordinator (686421) HEW Level 07 $106,789 $117,128 pa (plus 17% super)Key Responsibilities Design and conduct large-scale national prospective cohort studies on worker sickness absence, including recruitment, data linkage and longitudinal follow-up. Develop and validate participant-reported experience measures for workers'' compensation and social security systems through survey development, cohort recruitment, data analysis and dissemination. Establish community preferences for policy settings via discrete choice experiments, participant recruitment, data analysis and communication of findings.
