Nationally recognized with several awards for excellence, we are famous for our steak, the majority of which is sourced from our backyard.The RoleReporting to the Executive Chef, as Sous Chef you will assist to foster a motivated team who provide the highest quality food experience that celebrates the best of Australian cuisine.
