This is an exciting opportunity to join the team and be a part of shaping the Greystar culture, best practices and overall resident experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver warm, professional service to residents and visitors in person, over the phone, and onlineManage resident enquiries, package deliveries, guest bookings, and movein logisticsKeep frontofhouse areas spotless, safe, and welcomingAssist with planning, promoting and running of community events and resident engagement initiativesHandle daily admin, communications, and CRM updates efficientlyAssist with leasing enquiries and ensure resident satisfactionShare local tips and insights to enhance the resident experienceQualificationsExperience in customerfacing roles such as hospitality, real estate or similar12 years of customerfacing experience in hospitality, accommodation, or real estateExceptional communication and organisational skillsA cheerful, cando attitude, somebody who enjoys working in a team environment but can work independently when neededConfidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systemsA passion for service and connection in a fastpaced environmentComfortable with occasional physical tasks and confident in safe manual handling practicesCurrent driver''s licence and ability to complete police and Working With Children checksMust have Australian work rightsAbout GreystarGreystar is rapidly expanding its footprint into the Australian market with the launch of our first three BuildToRent (BTR) developments in Melbourne and acquisition of seven student accommodation buildings, building our Accolade brand into the APAC market.
