You''ll be responsible for coordinating client care services through accurate and timely rostering of our support workers.This role is Monday to Friday, 7:30 am 3:30 pm, with on-call duties once every 4 weeks. It offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in healthcare administration while working in a values-led organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily and weekly care rosters to match clients with suitable support workersManage changes such as cancellations, urgent shift requests, and staff availabilityMaintain accurate records and compliance with relevant award conditionsLiaise with clients, families, care workers, and managers to ensure seamless service deliveryRespond to client enquiries and feedback with empathy and professionalismAssist with onboarding new clients and care staff rostersGenerate reports and support admin tasks to keep operations running smoothlyPromote Right at Home''s values through every interactionAbout YouYou''re a confident communicator, calm under pressure, and passionate about delivering exceptional service.
