Working with us will be more than just a job; we guarantee a lifechanging experience as you step into an environment that moves quickly and presents new challenges daily.Your role within the teamWe are seeking an analytical and detailoriented Demand & Performance Coordinator to maintain accurate planning data, monitor key KPIs, and support efficient production and supplychain operations. In this role you will analyse demand and performance gaps, provide insights for decisionmaking, and collaborate closely with supply chain, operations, production, planning, and finance teams. You''ll also support inventory control for upcoming PNC product launches. Ideal candidates bring strong analytical skills, knowledge of production and demand planning, proficiency with Excel, Power BI and NS ERP systems, and tertiary qualifications in business or supply chain. GMP/TGA experience is highly desirable.Key responsibilities include:Maintain accurate, integrityfocused data across ERP and planning systems using tools such as Excel, Power BI, NetSuite, or other demandplanning software to ensure data integrity for reporting and forecasting.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy, service level/order fulfillment rate, inventory turnover, production efficiency, and create regular performance reports and dashboards.Analyse gaps between planned and actual performance.Recommend and support process improvements to boost operational performance.Work closely with supply chain, operations, production, planning and finance teams.Communicate clearly about changes in demand or performance issues.Support management in strategic decisionmaking with data and insights.Help with the launch of our PNC products by controlling inventory.Desired Skills & ExperienceWe look for people who have what it takes to make an impact; who can challenge us to go further while pushing themselves to deliver exciting and ambitious results.To make sure we''re setting new starters up for success, we ask that you meet a few criteria relevant to the role to be considered for this opportunity:2+ years in demand planning, supplychain coordination, or performance analysis.Indepth knowledge of production and demand planning.Strong analytical and numerical skills.Proficiency in data tools (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint) and NS ERP systems.Excellent communication and coordination abilities.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Tertiary education, ideally in business administration or supplychain management.GMP/TGA experience is considered desirable.H&H Group believes in the benefits of a diverse and inclusive workplace and aims to reflect the varied cultures within which we exist.
