Additionally, the role involves leading the planning, implementation, and evaluation of Men''s Health initiatives across all DDHS clinics, with an emphasis on improving access, integration, and culturally safe care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men. It also includes delivering and coordinating high-quality primary health care as the lead men''s health clinician and providing strategic advice to executive and clinical leadership on emerging issues and opportunities in men''s health.What You Need to SucceedBachelor of Nursing and/or Certificate IV in Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care.3+ years of experience in a similar field.About Giving Vaccines (AGV) certificate or willingness to obtain.Demonstrated understanding of Primary Health Care using standard treatment manuals.Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander issues.Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, independently, and with strong organisational skills.Demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Office and clinical practice software.Experience working in a Men''s Health Coordinator role.Experience in clinical practice or community health education programs.Demonstrated leadership in the development, implementation, or evaluation of men''s health programs.Diploma of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care PracticeWant to talk this job through some more?
