Join to apply for the Kindergarten Assistant 34 yr room role at Treetop Early Learning.We are looking for a passionate prekindergarten assistant with a provisional Level VIT to support our children in the 34 yr room. This fulltime, ongoing position is an exciting opportunity to help children explore and learn.Treetop Early Learning is situated on Epsom Rd, Ascot Vale. Our centre offers a nurturing environment inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, fostering creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning.Our CentreWe are a multilevel centre with eight rooms: downstairs all rooms for under3, upstairs three rooms for 2123 yr, 34 yr, and 45 yr. Additional spaces include a library, atelier, resource room, and planning room.Our SalaThe Sala provides families with a space to meet, share coffee and breakfast, and for children to enjoy meals together. It supports community building and social dining.How You Can Support UsDevelop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with our playbased curriculum.Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the individual needs of each child.Provide meaningful learning experiences focusing on the social, emotional, and cognitive development of students.Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff to create a collaborative and supportive learning community.Monitor and assess the progress of each child and maintain clear and consistent communication with parents.Support the development of a safe, respectful, and fun classroom culture.QualificationsEarly Childhood Qualification Cert III or Diploma in Children Services.Working with Children''s Check (Employee).Full working rights and provisional VIT as a minimum requirement.Mandatory Reporting.First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis.Red Nose Safe Sleep Certificate / Sunsmart Certificate.Food Safety Supervisors Certificate / Food Allergen Course completed.At Treetop, we are committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment that promotes the safety, wellbeing, participation, and empowerment of every child.
