An exciting opportunity has arisen for a paralegal to join our expanding Insurance Team, working predominantly on Workers'' Compensation and Compulsory Third Party insurance claims.The team is overseen by Laura Angel , a leading lawyer in the insurance sector in Western Australia.The role would suit someone with solid experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in personal injury or insurance litigation, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Working hours can be within school hours, 4-5 days per week.Key TasksYou will be working to principally to support the lawyers in the Insurance Team. Your tasks will include:Preparing and amending legal documents and correspondenceLiaising with clients, witnesses, counsel & other service providersDoing dictation transcription and word processingElectronic filing of court documentsConducting legal researchManaging or supporting the preparation of billsArranging internal & external meetings and conferences for lawyersManaging task listsAbout Civic LegalThe Civic Legal brand was created in 2005.
