The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of residential and commercial properties, including tenant relations, rental management, lease renewals, and property maintenance oversight. Key responsibilities include addressing tenant inquiries, coordinating repairs and inspections, managing lease agreements, monitoring rent payments, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Collaboration with team members and vendors will also be an essential part of the role to maintain high property standards and client satisfaction.QualificationsProven experience in Property Management, Lease Administration, and Tenant Relationship ManagementStrong knowledge of property laws, compliance standards, and legal documentationExcellent organizational skills, time management, and ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyProficient communication and negotiation skills for client and tenant interactionsExperience with property management software and general proficiency in technology toolsTeam collaboration and problem-solving skills to coordinate with colleagues and contractorsAttention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentationRelevant certifications or property management qualifications preferred but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
