We''re seeking a skilled professional to join our North Fremantle team at Qube Logistics.This full-time position offers the chance to work with modern equipment in a supportive environment where safety and teamwork come first.This role is responsible in ensuring FAK cargo under ABF control is processed in the operating system and paperwork is maintained in a timely manner.Work alongside operational management daily to ensure operations are set up for successful execution.Primary Role is customer service and ensuring effective communication with customers for efficient scheduling and service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesPersonal commitment to safety at every interactionRegistration of all IMPORT and EXPORT FAK shipmentsWork with the Terminal and Warehouse Manager to ensure customer delivery requirements are aligned with the unpack schedules ensuring all client specific requirements are providedEnsure all paperwork associated with deliveries and collections are accurateProcess out turn reports and communication to clients in timely mannerEnsure daily check of TIME UP CARGO and request extension as requiredWhat We''re Looking ForA minimum 1 - 2 years'' experience within a similar roleExperience in warehousing, or similar complex logistics roleBonded cargo / ICS experienceDemonstration of Communication and Data skillsStrong customer service acumenAdministrative skills and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteWhy Choose Qube?We believe our people are our greatest asset.
