This role is accountable for delivering front line customer service (B2B) by answering inbound enquiries, responding to emails and providing a quality customer service experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging incoming mail, sorting, and processing each day.Managing inbound calls to the main business enquiry line.Responding to all queries in a timely and professional manner.Managing Fuel card & Toll, including ordering, cancelling, packaging fuel cards & etags, to be sent to clients on arrival, and auditing accounts.Assisting in the registration renewal process, including timely payment of all renewals.Recording infringement information accurately and sending to client for action.Liaising with thirdparty service providers such as road authorities, fuel/toll providers etc.Supporting new client implementations (driver kits, card/toll orders, data cleansing etc.)Conducting data validation and general data entry.Maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.Anticipating client needs and ensuring client''s best interests when making decisions.Ensuring key tasks are completed within SLA (registration, fuel, toll, auction, enquiries, etc.)Ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and with attention to detail.Who you areDemonstrated customer service experience or administrative experience supporting clientsAbility to work competently with external service suppliersAble to complete processorientated tasks in a methodical and timely mannerExperience in working in a highpaced environment where a high level of attention to detail is fundamentalExperience in fleet management, automotive or finance industry (desirable)Please note this role requires to be 5 days in the office.What''s in it for you?Smart Leave, an additional week of leave each yearFree lunch every weekUp to 20 weeks Paid Parental Leave with superannuation contributions and a ReturntoWork BonusMake a Difference Days paid days off to volunteer for the community and environmentSalary packaging and novated leasing benefits (of course!)Free flu vaccinationsEmployee Share PlanGrow with PurposeAt Smart, we''re driven by purpose and performance.
