Reporting to the General Manager of Culture & Capability, you will take ownership of HR analytics and insights to have meaningful impact across the employment lifecycle, and national business operations.This position will offer hybrid working (2:3) of Tuesdays and Thursday as anchor days, and the rest from home. You will work in a large people & culture team and play a pivotal role in the team''s success.This role presents an HR Analyst the chance to have creative input and ideas to the function and will be leant on from all senior HR leaders.In addition to the above, your role will look like this:Maintain and manage key people and financial datasets, ensuring data integrity and consistency across systems;Conduct data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation using tools such as VLOOKUPs and pivot tables to ensure accuracy;Analyse data to support decision-making, including workforce assessments and skills mapping;Develop dashboards, reports, and visualisations to communicate insights and identify trends, risks, and opportunities;Support the P&C team with project coordination, governance, and stakeholder engagement materials;Drive continuous improvement by enhancing data workflows and creating tools and templates to improve team efficiency.About YouYou enjoy using data to story tell and support business strategy through the people & culture function;Experience in a HR Systems or HR Analyst style role previously, where you have had to use Microsoft Excel and the VLOOKUP and pivot table functions Power BI reporting would come highly regarded, although not essential;Experience in a financial services environment would come highly regarded;Ability to commence and commit to a contract position; andTertiary qualifications in human resources, employment relations, employment law or related business discipline.How to ApplyFor more information or a confidential discussion please call Haylea Smith at u&u on 0411 666 265 or email [email protected] quoting reference number 41886.At u&u Recruitment Partners, we value diversity, equity and inclusion.
